We are looking for a highly skilled Senior SAP Fieldglass Consultant with deep expertise in Statement of Work (SOW) and Contingent Workforce Management. The ideal candidate will lead the design, configuration, deployment, and support of SAP Fieldglass solutions for enterprise clients. This role requires a strong understanding of external workforce programs, vendor management systems (VMS), and cross-functional collaboration with SAP ECC procurement, SuccessFactors, and IT teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead SAP Fieldglass implementations and enhancements with a focus on SOW and Contingent modules.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements for external workforce management.
- Configure Fieldglass system settings to align with business processes and compliance needs.
- Provide expert guidance on industry best practices in contingent workforce and SOW services procurement.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including functional specs, configuration guides, and training materials.
- Deliver user training, knowledge transfer to the technical team, testing support, and post-go-live troubleshooting.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for SAP Fieldglass and related integrations (e.g., SAP ECC MM, HR, FI).
- Work with vendors, MSPs, and internal teams to optimize VMS performance and compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Fieldglass, specifically in SOW and Contingent Workforce modules.
- Strong understanding of procurement, staffing processes, and external workforce lifecycle.
- Proven experience with end-to-end SAP Fieldglass implementations.
- Familiarity with integrations between SAP Fieldglass and other enterprise systems (e.g., SAP ECC MM, SuccessFactors, FI).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- SAP Fieldglass certification is an advantage.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with Managed Service Providers (MSPs).
- Knowledge of compliance and labour laws related to contingent labour.
- Project management or consulting background in large-scale VMS rollouts.
- French speaking will be highly advantageous.
