Salary: £16.12 per hour, plus sleep-ins £70.50 per night
Hours: 40 hours per week (including sleep-ins)
Three long workdays per week, each from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM (a total of 15 hours per day)

Job Scope:
We are seeking to recruit a Team Leader for our clients residential service supporting young people aged 8-18 with learning disabilities and associated challenging behaviours. The Team Leader will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of care while fostering a nurturing and structured environment. You will support the Manager in daily operations, ensuring the physical, social, and emotional development of young people.
In this role, you will lead a team, motivating staff to build meaningful relationships with young people, helping them overcome obstacles and celebrate achievements. You will ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements while coordinating daily routines and engaging in activities that promote the well-being of each individual.
Do you have?
- Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People.
- Proven experience working with children and young people in a care setting.
- Strong motivational and staff development skills.
- Excellent teamwork and the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills, being articulate and flexible.
- A valid driving license.
