This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading software and managed services business specialising in enforcement, payments, and debt recovery on behalf of local government and private sector clients; you'll play a key role in optimising performance, improving customer outcomes, and driving efficiency through insight!

THE COMPANY

Working within a fast-paced and data-rich environment, you'll help shape decision-making across operations and finance, delivering insights that make a measurable difference

THE ROLE

As the Senior Insight Analyst, you will sit within a small but growing analytics team alongside specialists in reporting and consulting. You will provide clarity, recommendations, and measurable impact through data

You will:

• Analyse operational and customer data to identify trends, diagnose issues, and deliver insight that drives action
• Build engaging reports and dashboards (in Power BI) that tell the story behind the numbers
• Translate customer & financial data into clear narratives and recommendations for senior stakeholders
• Partner with operational leaders to refine KPIs, measure outcomes, and optimise performance
• Work closely with colleagues in BI and reporting to strengthen data quality and governance
• Present findings confidently to senior leaders, up to board level

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Strong SQL skills – you'll be assessed on these during interview
• Strong stakeholder management and storytelling skills
• Commercial mindset and a proactive approach to problem solving
