To support our teams through this integral change, we are seeking passionate and professional IT Systems Trainers to deliver structured training and support throughout this transition.

About the Role

As a Systems Trainer, you will deliver engaging, in-person training sessions on the Firehawk system to Dignity colleagues. Working from designated regional training hubs, you will play a vital role in upskilling our teams in the digital tracking of deceased, jewellery & personal effects (JPE), and ashes, ensuring consistency and compliance across our business. We aim to deliver one training session per day and each training hub assignment will last approximately 6-8 weeks before moving to the next regional location.

  • Ensure colleagues understand and can confidently use the Firehawk system for all relevant processes.
  • Adapt training methods to suit varying levels of digital ability.
  • Support staff throughout the sessions, answering questions and guiding hands-on learning.
  • Ensure clarity around Business Continuity Procedures and regional responsibilities.
  • Monitor participant progress and provide feedback.
  • Gather and relay feedback from sessions to inform future system improvements.

What Success Looks Like

  • Staff feel confident and competent using the Firehawk system.
  • Positive feedback is received from training sessions.
  • High levels of engagement and participation are maintained throughout.
  • Administrators are equipped to support colleagues and manage system setup independently.

What We’re Looking For

  • A UK Driving License holder who has access to their own vehicle.
  • Experience in delivering systems or digital skills training.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt teaching styles to different learning needs.
  • Confidence in working independently across multiple locations throughout the UK.
  • Organised, proactive, and passionate about supporting others through change.
  • Willingness to travel and stay away from home during regional assignments.

What We Provide to You (Pro-rata basis)

  • £30,000 - £35,000 per annum.
  • £4,000 Annual Car Allowance
  • 22 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays.
  • Pension Scheme 4% matched.
  • Life Assurance X2 annual salary.
  • Free On-Site Parking at many sites UK-wide.
  • Access to our internal apprentice & personal development schemes.

If you’re ready to play a key role in supporting colleagues through meaningful change and helping shape the future of funeral care, we’d love to hear from you!
