Are you passionate about Atlassian tools and ready to take Jira and Confluence to the next level? We\’re looking for a skilled Jira Developer to join our Information Technology team within the Infrastructure & Operations department.

As part of our team, you’ll play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing scalable solutions in Jira and Confluence—integrating systems, optimizing workflows, and working closely with business stakeholders to enhance performance and efficiency.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design and implement new features and improvements across Jira and Confluence.
• Integrate Jira with various SaaS platforms and third-party tools.
• Develop scripts and automation using Python, Groovy, Java, and JQL.
• Collaborate with analysts, project teams, and vendors to align tools with business processes.
• Maintain system health and implement enhancements with minimal downtime.

What You’ll Bring

• Hands-on experience with Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, and tools like Advanced Roadmaps, Insight, Ops Genie.
• Proficiency with ScriptRunner, Zephyr Scale, eazyBI, Power BI Connector, and other key plugins.
• Expertise in creating custom workflows, fields, dashboards, and integrations.
• Solid grasp of Agile and ITSM principles.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
