We are looking for an experienced Plumber to join us on a full time, permanent basis to deliver across an MoD site in Winchester. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a varied environment as your responsibilities could range from general plumbing tasks such as fitting new toilets, to installing and maintaining pipework or carrying out heating repairs.
Responsibilities (but not limited to):
- Maintenance and upkeep of commercial plant rooms
- Replacing valves, maintaining pipework and some minor project works
- Installation and repairs to toilets, cisterns and taps
- Installation and repairs to heating and water systems
- Flushing buildings that are no longer in use
- Looking after swimming pools on site (training can be provided)
Skills and experience:
- NVQ L2 plumbing qualification
- Mechanical plumbing knowledge
- Experience in unvented hot water would be advantageous
