Manage a portfolio of UK and European commercial real estate investment and development loans (both syndicated and bilateral).
Review finance documents with the client ahead of loan closing and manage them through the life of the loan.
Build financial models and track key milestones such as conditions subsequent, construction progress, and borrower reporting in line with loan documentation.
Liaise with borrowers, agents, and their representatives to ensure timely submission of required reports and information.
Support the client with restructurings, amendments, waivers, and other ad hoc borrower requests.
Review draft transfers, waterfall calculations, redemption statements, and other financial documentation.
Prior experience in CRE AM role is essential to complete the role successfully.
