Building Services Manager Location – Wickford, Essex Area Monday to Friday – 8:00am – 5:30pm Up to £75,000 per annum (depending on experience) One to One are proud to be working with an innovative, market leading manufacturing business based in the Wickford area. Thanks to a continuing demand in business, our client is recruiting for an experienced Building Services Manager who will be responsible for managing the design, procurement, installation and commissioning of Building Services to their projects. The successful candidate must have previous experience in writing scopes of works and should possess calm and critical thinking abilities and be confident in overseeing all aspects of mechanical, electrical and public health building services. You must be qualified to degree level or equivalent in Building Services Engineering (either electrical or mechanical). Proficient in Microsoft Window software packages are a must along with a current CSCS card. Job Purpose To ensure commitment to complete every project on time and on budget, maintaining the preferred status with all the projects it undertakes is maintained, this role will be responsible for managing the design, procurement, installation and commissioning of Building Services to their projects which require this element of the build.
