As Deputy Production Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of daily production operations. You will work closely with the Production Manager to oversee manufacturing processes, manage production schedules, improve efficiency, and ensure health and safety standards are upheld.
Key Responsibilities as a Deputy Production Manager:
- Support the Production Manager in planning, coordinating, and controlling manufacturing operations
- Lead and supervise production teams to meet daily output targets and quality standards
