We are looking for a proactive and commercially minded Regional HR Business Partner to join a private-equity backed business with sites across the South East. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a high-impact, people-focused role supporting the strategic development of business units across the region.
As a trusted HR Business Partner, you will work closely with leaders in your assigned business areas to shape direction, culture, and performance in line with the overall HR strategy. You’ll play a key role in enabling your areas to be fit for the future through effective performance management, talent development, and strong leadership support.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a strategic partner, supporting their development in alignment with the wider HR strategy
- Influence, coach, and mentor managers in the application of HR frameworks, policies, and employment legislation
- Drive a high-performance culture through the implementation of robust performance and talent processes
- Support, facilitate, and embed Group HR initiatives locally/divisionally to ensure consistent, effective delivery
- Build strong, credible relationships across the business to support both strategic and operational people priorities
- Act as a role model for best practice, embedding a culture of continuous improvement and people development
- Proven experience in a multi-site HR Business Partner or senior HR generalist role
- Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practice
- Demonstrated ability to coach, influence and support senior managers
- Experience implementing and embedding strategic HR initiatives
- CIPD qualified (Level 5 minimum) or equivalent desirable
- Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel regionally
