My client is currently seeking a static maintenance plumber/mechanical engineer to join an established team. You will have plumbing or mechanical qualifications with a background in commercial maintenance.

Sector: Commercial Maintenance.

Duties will include:

  • All ppm and reactive maintenance on plant rooms
  • Pumps
  • Motors
  • Boiler checks
  • Generators
  • General pipework both copper and PVC
  • Fan coil
  • AHU units
  • Pressure vessels
  • Other duties working with other engineers, subcontractors and general paperwork

Hours are 40 per week based 7am-4pm one week and 10am-7pm one week. Salary is circa £45K with overtime, company benefits and more. This is a great opportunity to join a company that can offer career development and much more.
