Join Dawsongroup Temperature Control Solutions (TCS) as a Mobile Refrigeration Engineer, where you'll play a key role in ensuring our customers' equipment stays up and running. You'll be out in the field, responding to maintenance and breakdown calls, focusing on achieving first fix solutions. Your work will help us maintain our reputation for exceptional customer care and operational efficiency.
- Respond to breakdown calls swiftly and professionally.
- Perform site surveys to ensure successful product installation.
- Deliver clear operating instructions and safety guidance to customers.
- Diagnose and repair faults, conducting quality checks for safety and efficiency.
- Take preventative measures on refrigeration and bodywork to minimise breakdowns.
About You
You're a problem solver with a knack for keeping things cool - literally! Your background in refrigeration engineering means you can diagnose and fix issues on the go, maintaining high standards of safety and customer care.
- Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
- Must hold an F-Gas qualification.
