Simulation and Modelling Consultant – London Clearance – Must be MoD DV Cleared Are you an experienced Simulation and Modelling Consultant ready to make a difference? We are looking for a talented individual with over 4 years of experience in simulation modelling to join our dynamic team. With a focus on transformation change, you will work on a diverse range of projects, providing invaluable insights to clients across sectors including factory systems, production lines, software systems, IT systems etc. The role can be based in multiple locations such as London & Bristol Required Skills and Experience: Simulation Modelling – Proven experience with simulation tools such as Anylogic, WITNESS, Simul8, etc. Must hold current DV Clearance Strong programming/scripting skills in Python, VBA or Java etc and a background in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics). Data Science Expertise – Ability to leverage data science methods for robust analysis. Communication and Stakeholder Management – Excellent interpersonal skills to engage and influence clients, helping them understand complex models and findings. Government Insight – Familiarity with government business cases, such as GSP507 (Green Book), is highly advantageous. Key Responsibilities of the role : Client Collaboration – Work closely with clients to understand their challenges, define project scope, and develop tailored solutions. Project Management – Lead and deliver simulation and modelling projects, from concept through to final analysis and reporting. Simulation Analysis – Run simulations to provide insight and recommendations, helping clients achieve their transformation goals. Data-Driven Solutions – Utilize data science techniques and simulation tools to analyse complex systems and drive informed decision-making. They are looking to pay a starting salary of between £60,000 – £80,000 + Benefits + Hybrid work (around 2 days in the office).
