A top-tier Private Markets firm are looking to hire a Senior Operations Manager for their growing Private Credit business. The successful candidate will be managing a team in several locations in a broad role overseeing all operational activities.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate BAU operations for private credit portfolios, including loan closing, settlements, cash management, reconciliations, and reporting.
- Ensure accurate NAV calculations and investor reporting.
- Oversee investment monitoring and performance reporting across open and closed-end funds.
- Supervise regulatory compliance and fund audits.
- Manage a team of investment controllers and loan operations staff, including performance reviews and development planning.
- Ensure operational readiness for new fund launches and platform integrations.
