The predicted salary is between 22000 - 30000 £ per year.

You will have the opportunity to work with a well-established charity supporting vulnerable and disadvantaged individuals in society. This charity runs projects throughout the year and has supported thousands of individuals out of homelessness, into employment, away from domestic abuse and more.

Full time [37.5 hrs] | Permanent £25,235 per year

  • Flexibility to work weekends.
  • Participation in an outreach rota.
  • Office based in Gloucester, close to the bus and train station.
  • When on Outreach for early mornings, standard time to be at the office is 07:30 AM; this may sometimes be earlier.
  • A valid driving licence and access to own vehicle - business insurance will be required for roles involving travel for work.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and build relationships with people who are rough sleeping across Gloucestershire.
  • Complete needs and risk assessments for clients, leading to the delivery of support plans which meet individual client needs.
  • Give clients advice and information to provide an enabling service.

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Experience working with individuals with complex needs and/or challenging behaviours.
  • A valid driving licence and access to own vehicle - business insurance will be required for roles involving travel for work.
  • Participation in an outreach rota which includes early mornings, evenings and weekends.
