About the role:

As a Corporate Tax Semi Senior, you will play an integral part in supporting the team with a diverse range of tax compliance and advisory services for an impressive portfolio of clients, including SMEs, multinationals, and high net-worth individuals. You will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced tax professionals and develop your skills, knowledge, and career in a nurturing and collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Assist with the preparation and submission of corporate tax returns and computations
  • Support the tax advisory team with various projects, including corporate restructuring, M&A, and tax planning
  • Liaise with HMRC on clients' behalf and handle tax-related queries
  • Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Attend relevant training sessions and keep abreast of the latest tax legislation and regulations

About you:

  • ACCA/ACA or ATT/CTA part-qualified, with a strong desire to continue your professional development
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a corporate tax role within a UK accountancy practice
  • Excellent technical knowledge of UK corporate tax legislation

  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
