As the Group Commercial Finance Business Partner, you'll be at the heart of operations across the UK and Portugal. Reporting to the Group Financial Controller and working closely with the Commercial Director, you'll lead commercial reporting, drive profitability, and support strategic growth through robust financial insights and scenario planning. You'll also manage a team of Operations Business Partners and help shape the future of customer gross margin analysis.

What You'll Do:
– Support commercial decision-making through insightful analysis and scenario modelling
– Partner with the Commercial team to assess new business opportunities and optimise trade terms
– Lead budget and forecasting cycles with a focus on sales, margins, and operational costs
– Collaborate across departments and geographies to align reporting and drive efficiencies

What You Bring:
– A professional finance qualification (CA, ACCA or equivalent)
– Proven success in a commercial finance role, ideally in FMCG, food, or agriculture
– A collaborative mindset with excellent analytical and communication skills
– Proficiency in Microsoft Business Central (or similar ERP) and advanced Excel skills
– A keen eye for detail and a passion for turning data into business value
