A strong understanding of trends in IT is required to ensure competitiveness in an evolving market, along with the ability to seamlessly integrate new solutions.
A strong general IT Infrastructure background is essential, including knowledge of:
- Windows 11 environments
- The M365 Suite including SharePoint
- Networking Hardware
- Firewalls
- VPNs
Proven management of vendors is also necessary.
Good knowledge of Infosec principles and managing vulnerabilities is required.
Good working knowledge of AV/VC for conference room setup is needed.
Good knowledge of supporting the Adobe Suite and Dropbox is essential.
