The Salisbury Diocesan Board of Finance (DBF) is looking for a talented Process Improvement / Project Accountant to join our Parish Support & Finance Team on a fixed-term contract. This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference by helping shape and strengthen our financial systems – while supporting the work of the Church of England across the region.

What You'll Do

  • Communicative & Collaborative: Able to explain complex ideas clearly and work across teams with empathy and clarity.
  • Mission-Aligned: While you don't need to be a practising Christian, you should be sympathetic to the aims and ethos of the Church of England.

Why Join Us?

  • Make a Tangible Impact in a values-led organisation
  • Work Flexibly (home-working and in-office balance)
  • Develop Your Career through varied, meaningful work in a supportive environment
