Sous Chef required for a premier hotel in East Sussex. Do you ooze creativity and have a passion for cooking exceptional food? Want to work in an elegant environment with excellent surroundings? We are looking to recruit a sous chef. You will have fine dining experience at sous chef or senior chef de partie level and have the drive and energy to create high quality food. Working closely with the Head Chef, the successful applicant will have the responsibility to evolve the existing menu. The venue is renowned, and this is an opportunity to make your mark not only within a successful company but also within the industry.
