We are looking for an experienced Power Platform Engineer to support the design, development and implementation of solutions using PowerApps and D365 CRM, with a focus on customer service modules and case management.

This contract offers a hybrid model, represented by 1 day per week/fortnight onsite in Edinburgh.

Responsibilities:
  • Build and customise PowerApps (Canvas and/or Model-driven) to streamline customer-facing operations.
  • Configure and extend Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service modules to fit business workflows.
  • Collaborate closely with contact centre stakeholders to understand operational challenges and deliver fit-for-purpose tools.
  • Integrate Dynamics/Power Platform solutions with other systems as needed.
  • Participate in solution design workshops, documentation and agile delivery cycles.
  • Support UAT and handover into production environments.
Required Skills/Experience:
  • Proven experience developing with PowerApps/Power Platform.
  • Strong working knowledge of Dynamics 365, particularly Customer Service and Case Management.
  • Experience delivering solutions for customer service operations, or similar environments.
  • Strong understanding of dataverse, Power Automate and CRM integrations.
