One of GQR's long standing Workday partners are seeking a talented and experienced Workday Prism Consultant to join their growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing innovative Workday Prism reports and dashboards to support key business decisions for an exciting pool of global clients.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand their reporting and analytical needs.
- Design, develop, and implement complex Workday Prism reports, dashboards, and analyses.
- Leverage advanced reporting techniques, including calculated fields, custom objects, and integrations with other data sources.
- Troubleshoot and resolve reporting issues.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Workday Prism.
- Stay current on the latest Workday Prism features and best practices.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in Workday Prism
- Strong understanding of Workday HCM and/or Finance modules.
- Proven ability to design and develop complex Workday Prism reports and dashboards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently 1 and as part of a team. 2
- A valid Workday Prism Certification
