We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our clients team and drive the successful execution of key projects. In this role, you’ll collaborate with internal teams, third-party suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You’ll play a key role in managing project scope, tracking performance, and ensuring project governance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to drive the successful delivery of projects, ensuring they meet defined objectives and are completed on time and within budget.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and suppliers, providing regular project updates and addressing any issues or concerns.
- Governance and Documentation: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, documentation, and reports to ensure consistent communication with stakeholders. Manage changes to project scope as needed.
- Benefits Realisation: Track and measure project performance to ensure goals are achieved and deliverables are met in both the short and long term.
Qualifications & Experience:
Essential:
- Strong experience in project management, with proven delivery of complex projects, particularly in fast-paced environments
- Excellent planning, communication, and presentation skills
- Hands-on experience with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
- Ability to effectively manage risk and issues to minimize project delays
- Experience working cross-functionally within agile delivery models
- Strong project management software skills and analytical ability
- Passionate and proactive approach to driving change and improvement
- Highly organised and driven by deadlines, strong sense of governance & control Communication & Collaboration
- Knowledge of BPO outsourcers/ tech suppliers working models & practice
Desirable:
- Project Management Qualification (e.g., PMP, Prince2)
- Lean or Six Sigma qualification
- In-depth knowledge of current systems/technology solutions
- Familiarity with telecoms industry operations, including customer-facing processes and BPO outsourcers
