Location: Central EdinburghDuration: 6-month FTC (expected to become permanent)Working arrangement: 5 days on-site

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide support for end-user hardware in the Edinburgh office

• Maintain and troubleshoot laptops, mobile devices, desktops, and printers

• Assist with Windows and Office 365 application issues

• Support new rollouts and contribute to project delivery

What You'll Bring:

• Strong communication skills and a calm, professional demeanor under pressure

• At least 1 year of IT support experience

• A passion for customer service and emerging technology
