About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Project Co-ordinator to support a dynamic Supply Chain function. You will play a key role in projects focused on the opening, closing, and merging of depots, as well as contributing to ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance) initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a fast-paced environment with plenty of variety and responsibility.
As the Project Co-ordinator your key responsibilities would be to:
- Support project delivery within the Supply Chain function.
- Take accurate and actionable meeting minutes.
- Manage project plans, trackers, and task assignment.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Provide high-level administrative and organisational support.
- Contribute to ESG-related initiatives.
As the Project Co-ordinator, you will have the following skills:
- Strong administrative background
- Previous experience working on projects would be advantageous.
- Advanced Excel skills
- Confident working with multi-disciplinary teams
