We are currently looking for a Cost Controller to join a leading Pharmaceutical company based in the South East of England. As the Cost Controller, you will be responsible for supporting financial health and efficiency, in particular within the Capital Projects department.
This is an initial 6-month contract with likely extension.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your duties as the Cost Controller will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
1. As the Cost Controller, you will monitor and analyse cost expenditures and financial commitments.
2. As the Cost Controller, you will develop and implement cost control procedures and systems. The candidate will have previously worked with at least one/various SAP systems
3. As the Cost Controller, you will prepare regular financial reports and forecasts to assist management in decision-making
4. As the Cost Controller, you will collaborate with various departments to ensure cost-effective operations.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Cost Controller, we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
1. Relevant degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
2. Proven industry experience in cost control or financial analysis.
3. A working knowledge and practical experience with financial software and tools. The candidate will have previously worked with at least one/various SAP systems.
