Role Purpose:
The Business Analyst role at Induction Healthcare Group is dedicated to working across the Product Portfolio to support the development and enhancement of our products.
As a key player of the product development pipeline, this role focuses on capturing business requirements and success metrics for new and evolving product features and communicating them effectively to the development team. Regular engagement with stakeholders across our global Induction Healthcare team in the UK, EU, Pakistan, India, and Australia, as well as with external customers and partners, is a key aspect of this position.
Key Accountabilities:
- Identifying and engaging with relevant areas of the organisation and external stakeholder groups to elicit product business requirements.
- Capturing, managing, and translating customer, user, and business requirements into clearly articulated product business requirements.
- Work closely with various stakeholders, product managers, and development teams to handover business requirements in refinement sessions.
- Document business processes, recommend improvements, and optimisation to improve efficiency and the successful delivery of projects.
- Facilitation of requirements workshops and project inceptions with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensuring full requirements traceability is captured throughout the full product lifecycle.
- Collaborating with Clinical Safety and Information Governance teams to ensure healthcare specific considerations are effectively incorporated into requirements and specifications.
- Communication with our Support teams to prepare them for ongoing product support of feature releases, changes, and updates.
- Monitoring and improving relevant business KPIs that contribute to product and business performance.
Person Specification:
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
- Collaborative and adaptable approach to working with Product, Design, Engineering, and Delivery teams throughout the product development lifecycle, building and maintaining strong working relationships.
- Capable of collaborating effectively with teams operating across multiple time zones.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity during the initiation phase of a project, driving clarity in expected outcomes.
- Strong skills in communication, documentation, and process mapping, with the ability to effectively translate technical concepts and information for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrates curiosity and a keen attention to detail.

- Understanding of healthcare and the product and technology industry.
- Utilises data to drive informed decision-making.

Experience
- 5 years of business analysis experience in SaaS product development.
- Proven ability to produce high quality business requirement documentation
- Skilled in capturing user stories and defining clear acceptance criteria.
- Experience in gathering functional and non-functional requirements from diverse stakeholders through workshops, interviews, process mapping, and other relevant documentation techniques.
- Strong client facing experience of requirements gathering.
- Successful track record of working within Product and Technology teams, including the integration of systems and processes.
- Experience in a Healthcare industry is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in using JIRA is highly desirable.
