- Arranging and managing Export shipments from Start to Finish
- Liaising with clients and other branches, overseas agents, hauliers, etc.
- Providing excellent customer service to customers, dealing with any queries and providing timely updates
- Completion of Customs entries
- Monitoring shipments until deliveryJob costing and invoicing
- Providing a first class customer service
