We are seeking a qualified and experienced Pharmacist to support the safe and compliant dispensing and distribution of Prescription Only Medicines (POM), Pharmacy (P) medicines, and ancillary items to patients receiving homecare services (PD, HHD, and Nutrition MCB). This role involves overseeing end-to-end pharmacy operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supervising pharmacy and support staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Physically check all prescriptions and orders before dispatch to patients.
- Ensure compliance with GPhC, RPS, GDP, GWP, ISO standards, and the Corporate Quality Manual.
- Implement and maintain standards and guidelines from GPhC and RPS in daily practice.
- Support clinical governance as per RPS standards for homecare services.
- Act as Responsible Pharmacist when appointed.
- Train and advise staff on pharmacy regulations and legal requirements.
- Supervise Locum Pharmacists, Pharmacy Checkers, warehouse pickers/loaders, and customer service staff involved in order placement and delivery coordination.
Requirements:

- Able to work independently and manage unpredictable workloads
