The Offer:
- Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 per annum (based on experience)

Your Role Will Include:
- Supporting the Commercial Director and Quantity Surveyors on a variety of commercial tasks.
- Carrying out site valuations and managing variations.
- Verifying subcontractor payments and working hours.
- Reviewing and managing contracts and associated paperwork.
- Ordering materials and plant hire in a cost-efficient manner.
- Assisting in the preparation of cost value reports and final accounts.
- Monitoring and maintaining site budgets.
- Managing documentation through internal systems.
