Set behind a beautiful 17th-century façade, this modern inn focuses on fresh, seasonal produce and consistently high standards. The Gastro Pub Head Chef will work closely with the Sous Chef to maintain and drive standards forward while developing the kitchen team. This role suits an experienced Gastro Pub Head Chef with strong leadership skills and a passion for fresh food cooked to volume.
