Maintenance Surveyor / Damp & Mould
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Surveyor to join our client's team, focusing on resolving issues related to damp and mould in tenanted properties. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to maintaining high standards across a well-managed residential property portfolio.
The position begins as a 1-2 month temporary contract, with the potential to transition into a permanent role. It offers a competitive hourly rate, flexible working conditions, and access to a company vehicle for site visits.
The Role
As a Maintenance Surveyor, you will play a key role in ensuring safe and high-quality living environments for residents by diagnosing and addressing damp and mould issues. Working closely with a dedicated team of maintenance professionals, you’ll ensure swift and effective resolution of problems while providing excellent service to tenants.
Key Responsibilities
