About the role
As a Working Supervisor, you will focus on the day-to-day running of the arboriculture contract, managing the planning and performance of works through area-based teams & ensuring that the required contract specifications are met. You will have responsibility for people management, health & safety conformance, and assisting the Contract Manager as required. You will work closely with both internal teams and clients to ensure smooth operations and the highest standards of performance.
Requirements
- Level 3 Maintenance (Formally CS 30 / CS 31)
- Level 3 Climb Trees and Perform Aerial Rescue (Formally CS 38)
- Level 2 Operate a Chain Saw from a Rope and Harness (Formally CS 39)
- Large fall over 380mm
- Level 3 Aerial Tree Rigging (Formally CS 41)
- Emergency First Aid at Work + Forestry (EFAW+F) and Windblown Trees certificates are desirable but not necessary, as training can be provided.
- Full Clean Driving Licence is essential.
- Experience in managing teams and performance.
- Strong knowledge of Health & Safety procedures and risk management.
- DBS required - within last 6 months or willing to undergo.
- Willing to undergo BPSS (Baseline Personnel Security Standard) checks.
