About the Role:
We’re seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Assistant or Executive to join an established client and support the execution of their marketing strategies. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the Head of Marketing to develop and implement campaigns, create compelling content, and engage with target audiences effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Plan Execution: Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to execute the marketing plan, monitor campaign progress, and adjust strategies as needed to meet objectives.
- Email Campaign Management: Design and implement segmented email campaigns tailored to specific audience groups. Craft personalized messages with strong calls to action to encourage prospects to discuss their website needs.
- Content Creation: Develop engaging content inspired by recent projects, client testimonials, and long-form resources (e.g., webinars). Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with target audiences.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track campaign performance, gather insights, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience in a marketing assistant or similar role
- Strong copywriting skills with an eye for detail and creativity.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms and creating segmented campaigns preferred
- Basic understanding of content marketing and an ability to repurpose long-form content.
- Proficiency with marketing tools; knowledge of ASP is a plus but not essential (training provided).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
