About the role
The role of Senior Salesforce Administrator will encompass an almost 'Product Owner' like approach, taking full ownership of Salesforce and the wider tech-stack. You will be hands-on with the configuration of Salesforce, working on new projects and platform improvements, whilst also managing user requests and backlogs to ensure the changes requested are necessary and best for business. This person will need strong leadership characteristics to be the go to SME for the Salesforce platform, help guide the business in the best direction, and manage stakeholders expectations and improve user adoption.
