About the Role
Job Overview
- Lead and inspire a warehouse team to achieve safety standards, performance goals, and operational targets.
- Ensure our stores receive the right products at the right time.
- Set and communicate team objectives and KPIs, regularly reviewing performance.
- Develop individual plans for Section Managers, fostering talent and growth.
- Align resources with operational plans, ensuring recruitment supports our goals.
- Maintain compliance with H&S processes, conducting regular checks and corrective actions.
- Provide performance updates and contribute to strategic planning.
- Anticipate and solve problems proactively, seeking support when needed.
- Engage with your team, seeking feedback and ensuring effective communication.

As part of the training, it will require 4-6 weeks commitment to travel to Europe during the week, to learn about the automation. This will take place in November and early December 2024.
Package Description
- Salary & Hours: £51,714 to £56,650 per annum dependent on experience plus night shift premium if applicable (19% night shift allowance paid between 10pm - 6am).
- 40 hours per week.
- 3 on 3 off Day Shift: 7am to 7pm Night Shift 7pm to 7am
