This unique start-up are completely disrupting the events and ticketing industry with their incredible SaaS Platform, and in their first full year in service have generated over £40million in revenue, looking to double again in 2025. There’s no better time to join a business like this!
Due to this incredible trajectory, they are massively scaling their team in 2025, starting with an Operations Manager to further enhance the success of the business. You’ll be responsible for overseeing the daily and weekly delivery of the company's KPIs and business metrics, ensuring alignment with overall goals, and driving operational excellence across all functions.
What you’ll be doing as their Operations Manager:
- Working with the CEO and wider senior/leadership team, to drive operational performance, KPIs and goals
- Monitor and report on key metrics, presenting findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Utilising your strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable plans.
- Implement processes and strategies to ensure efficient operations of day-to-day activities across various departments.
- Lead and support the development of best practices for performance management across departments.
