CRM Microsoft Dynamics – Senior Consultant / Principal / Director level hires Alexander Ash are working with a management consulting firm, aligned to a new growing Digital Platforms Practice with expertise across Microsoft Dynamics CRM transformation . This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a pioneering initiative backed by substantial investment, aiming for significant growth over the next 2-3 years. Hybrid working arranagement, contractually our client is based in London (not expect to be onsite in London weekly) so happy to see applications across UK, but must be willing to travel across the UK and Europe, depending on customer requirements. Hiring at Senior Consultant, Principal and Director levels. Requirements Experience: 7–15+ years of advisory experience in Microsoft Dynamics, with at least 5 years in consulting, ideally with Big 4 or comparable firms. Commercial Acumen: A sales-oriented approach to crafting solutions for customers, with a focus on driving value and outcomes. Mindset: Entrepreneurial and adaptable, comfortable operating in a smaller, growing practice. Able to take on multiple roles, contributing to both client deliverables and internal growth initiatives. Industry Expertise: Deep knowledge in one or more sectors, with a preference for Financial Services (Insurance/Banking), Manufacturing, Consumer Goods/Retail, or Health and Life Sciences. Relevant CRM Microsoft Dynamics advisory experience across a range of roles: Consulting Expertise: Strong management consulting skillset, including delivery (utilisation) and sales (value-add consulting services). Blended Skillset: Ability to adapt across roles such as Programme Design, Programme Delivery, Capability Lead, Engagement Lead, and Solution Architect, depending on client needs and requirements. Delivery Experience: Proven track record in project/programme delivery and implementation. Commercial Acumen: Experience in business development, including sales, bid responses, and RFPs. At Senior Manager & Director level, must demonstrate strong commercial execution and revenue generating activities. Project Skills: Proficient in defining project scope, conducting analysis, designing processes, creating user cases, and developing strategies and implementation plans. Technology Expertise: Functional expertise in solution and technology architecture.
