Chartered Building Surveyor Location – Cambridge My client is a leading private Building Consultancy dedicated to delivering high-quality surveying and consultancy services to a diverse range of clients. As they continue to grow, they are seeking a Chartered Building Surveyor to join the team. What You\’ll Be Doing ·Pre-acquisition building surveys ·Preparation and negotiation of the schedule of dilapidations ·Preparation of schedules of works ·Contract Administration ·Assessment of rebuild cost for insurance purposes ·Planned maintenance programmes What We\’re Looking For ·MRICS status or MCIOB ·Proven experience as a Building Surveyor, preferably within a private consultancy. ·Strong knowledge of building regulations and construction processes. ·Excellent project management and communication skills.
