Gleeson Recruitment Group have partnered with a business that is a prominent provider of enterprise data management and analytic solutions, catering primarily to the energy, commodities, and financial markets. The company supports organisations in leveraging data for informed decision-making and strategic growth. The business is private equity backed, previously family owned and has 200 employees globally and are now looking to expand. Due to growth they are expanding their PMO and transformation team. Putting in place a new PMO framework and delivery team.
About the role
You will be overseeing a team of Project Managers who will be managing data management projects, making enhancements and continuous improvements for their end customers. You will be developing and overseeing budget plans, managing the end-to-end delivery of the projects within scope and budget. You will be managing risks with end clients and providing clear updated to project sponsors. You will be managing cross team dependencies and adhering to PMO governance and compliance.
Experience required
- Have worked as key point of contact to end customers and deal with escalations and manage client expectations
- Have managed a team of Project Managers previously
- Experience of working with product teams
- Experience of working on data related or SDLC projects
- Experience of managing end clients/third parties
- Somebody who is adaptable of working between waterfall and agile
- Agile delivery experience and running sprint/agile ceremonies
