Are you an experienced Family Solicitor looking for a rewarding new role in Kent? We are currently working alongside a respected and well-established law firm, who are seeking a talented Family Solicitor to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a dynamic, supportive environment, offering a range of family law services to clients in Kent and the surrounding areas. Role Overview: As a Family Solicitor, you will manage a diverse caseload of family law matters, including divorce, financial settlements, children matter, and domestic abuse. You will be responsible for advising clients on sensitive issues with professionalism, empathy, and a focus on achieving the best outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Managing a varied caseload of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, and financial settlements Advising clients on prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, as well as cohabitation issues Handling cases involving domestic violence and child protection Representing clients in court when required, and liaising with other professionals as needed Providing clear, sensitive, and strategic advice to clients during emotionally difficult times Actively contributing to the firms business development and client relationship building Key Requirements: Qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years of post-qualification experience in family law Strong experience in handling divorce, financial disputes, child law, and domestic abuse cases Excellent communication and client management skills Ability to work independently while managing a busy and varied caseload Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving A keen interest in business development and fostering client relationships Children Panel membership or willingness to obtain is desirable but not essential Why This Firm?
