Newly created role for a Legal Counsel with a real estate investment manager on an initial 6 month FTC basis with potential to go permanent. City location, hybrid working arrangement – 3/2 split.
Reporting to the European Head of Legal you will support in managing the European real estate portfolio. This will include:
- corporate real estate transactions, drafting and negotiation related documentation and agreements
- investment and fund advisory and compliance
- extensive liaison with external counsel
- providing general legal support to the UK/European business
To be considered for this role you will be 3+ years PQE as a guide, trained in a real estate practice of a highly regarded firm coupled with experience in private practice or in-house in a similar capacity in corporate real estate and/investments/funds.
