If you are an asbestos surveyor looking for a new contract opportunity, then this could be great for you. This is expected to be an ongoing contract with 1 year plus longevity.
The position
This position will require a surveyor to carry out housing surveys across the city of Birmingham and surrounding areas. The contract is ongoing, and will mainly be based in the suburbs of Birmingham.
These will be management surveys with R&D elements to social housing type properties. You will also survey communal areas, re-inspections and external elements to the property.
Qualifications
You will need to have a P402 or RSPH, as well as experience in this type of work. Recent experience as a fully qualified surveyor is also essential.
It is essential that you have your own transportation, surveys tool-kit, as well as half-mask, recent face-fit test and asbestos awareness certification.
