Responsible for supporting the field service team, dealing with product issues and upgrading major product issues, continuously tracking until the closed loop;
Responsible for extracting product improvement suggestions from product problems and continuously improving product competitiveness;
Assist the field service team in completing the site commissioning work;
Responsible for technical support related to SOP and guidance document preparation and release;
Accountable for after-sale AC ability training, supplier communication, data collection, standard output, and other related work in AC capacity building;
Lead the development of after-sale service tools
Requirement
Experience and background: Electrician experience (high voltage certificate + Safety Certificate), Project management background, and know well about PCS or DC systems are preferred;
Skills: With good communication ability, and strong learning ability;
Attitude: Quick response (have overtime awareness and conditions), strong execution, initiative, and the ability to bear hardships;
