A busy Hertfordshire based firm are actively looking to grow and have a new opportunity for an experienced Architectural Technician or Technologist to join their growing medium sized team.

You will be working on various great schemes primarily across Mixed use, Retail, Residential and Commercial sectors. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast growing firm and play an involved role in the team and on the technical delivery of projects.

On offer for this permanent, full time role is a competitive salary up to £45,000 plus some great benefits including ample career progression on offer!

To become a part of this growing practice, you will have the following skills and experience:

  • Experience working on live projects in the UK – you will be working on UK based medium-large scale schemes
  • Experienced working as a Architectural Technician or Architectural Technologist
  • Proficient user in either AutoCAD, ArchiCAD or Revit (Revit is highly desirable and is being used for the majority of projects)
  • Good organisational skills and deadline management
  • The ability to work as part of a internal team and with external contractors/clients
  • Experienced in producing accurate detailed information
  • Knowledge of UK building regulations and standards
  • Experienced working on the production of technical drawing packages
  • Prior experience working from mainly stage 4 onwards on large scale projects is highly preferable

Commutable locations could include: Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire, Northamptonshire, Greater London, North London, Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire.
