About you: We are recruiting for a talented and experienced Pastry Chef who possesses a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn. You will be a team player and passionate about pastry creation.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with our Head Pastry Chef to craft exquisite pastry creations
  • Ensure meticulous attention to detail in both preparation and presentation of pastries
  • Contribute innovative ideas to elevate our pastry offerings
  • Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the pastry section
  • Actively participate in the training and development of junior kitchen staff

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie or Pastry Commis in a high-end dining establishment
  • Demonstrable creativity and passion for pushing the boundaries of pastry arts
  • In-depth knowledge of pastry techniques and current industry trends
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environment
  • Exceptional teamwork and communication skills
