We are looking for a Client Relationship Manager to join a fantastic charity based in Bishop Auckland.
- The role will be to build and develop relationships with annual passholders.
- Liaise with events team to maximise ticket sales and working closely with our PR and marketing teams to ensure we maximise ticket sales on all our events.
- Provide advice and guidance to the teams on what the offer should look like and how best we can build a commercial return.
We are looking for someone with business relationship skills and experience a great communicator and someone with a calm and pleasant personality who can manage difficult situations and resolve any potential conflicts.
Experience in the Heritage and Cultural sector would be an advantage, but we would consider employing someone who can demonstrate the people and sales skills that could develop into the organisation.
