We are seeking a skilled Consultant Plastic Surgeon to join a prestigious team in Riyadh. You will perform reconstructive and cosmetic procedures, lead patient care initiatives, mentor junior staff, and contribute to clinical excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat patients requiring reconstructive or cosmetic plastic surgery.
- Perform a variety of surgical procedures, including aesthetic and reconstructive surgeries.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive, patient-focused care.
- Supervise and mentor junior doctors, ensuring high standards of clinical practice.
- Maintain precise and detailed patient records while adhering to hospital protocols.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, medical audits, and staff training programs.
Qualifications and Skills
- Required :
- Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
- CCT (Certificate of Completion of Training), American Board, or Canadian Board certification in Plastic Surgery (or equivalent).
- Minimum of 3 years’ post-CCT or board certification experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in reconstructive and cosmetic plastic surgery techniques.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English (Arabic language skills are a plus).
- Preferred :
- Experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Fellowship or additional specialization in Plastic Surgery.
- Prior experience in a large hospital or private clinic.
