About the Role
As Legal Counsel or Senior Legal Counsel, you will play a key role in supporting the company’s continued success and expansion. Your responsibilities will include:
- Commercial Contract Leadership: Reviewing, negotiating, and managing key contracts, you’ll also act as the escalation point for junior legal team members.
- Advisory Support: Providing strategic legal advice on a variety of matters, including regulatory compliance, intellectual property, and employment law.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Working closely with stakeholders across the business, offering practical and solutions-driven legal counsel to support business goals.
Who Are You?
The ideal candidate will bring a mix of excellent private practice law training and in-house experience, ideally within a fintech or high-growth startup. financial services/FinTech sector experience is a plus but not essential.
