Ryder Reid Legal is currently recruiting for a Business Development & Marketing Coordinator to join one of our prestigious, international law firm clients on a permanent basis. This role will play a key role in driving strategic growth and visibility for the firm. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional with a passion for marketing and business development in the legal sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Update marketing materials and lawyer bios to reflect expertise
- Coordinate proposals, RFPs, and presentations
- Track pitch outcomes and support business planning
- Identify and manage events, sponsorships, and speaking opportunities
- Collaborate on thought leadership, newsletters, and client alerts
- Support legal directory submissions and press releases
- Maintain CRM (Salesforce) and mailing lists
- Conduct market research and track industry trends
- Assist with budgeting, expenses, and administrative tasks
The Ideal Candidate:
- 2β3 yearsβ experience in a law firm
- Degree in marketing or related field
- Excellent communication, organisation, and tech skills
